Shadow Mode

First he watches. Then he suggests. Only then does he command.

Nobody should hand the keys to their business to a stranger — not even to Bossty. That's why his first mode is Shadow: he observes your whole business, touches nothing and reports everything. Autonomy is earned with facts, not promises.

The deal

What he does — and doesn't do — in Shadow Mode

He watches the whole business

Schedule, stock, cash, messages, deadlines and team. He learns how your business actually works today: the real baseline, not the one on paper.

He reports back

You get the opening and closing reports: what he saw, what he found and what he would do. Thirty seconds of reading, every day.

He learns your judgment

Every answer you give to his reports — "that, yes", "that, no", "that, never" — becomes a permanent rule. That's how he learns to decide the way you do.

He touches nothing

No prices, no messages, no payments, no orders. In Shadow Mode his hands don't exist: only eyes, memory and reports.

He doesn't decide for you

Every action is proposed, never executed. If something is urgent, he flags it as urgent — and waits for your tap.

The path

Three modes. One direction: your peace of mind

Shadow

He observes and reports, never executes. It's the front door: you get to know his judgment before giving him a single order.

Assisted

He proposes every action fully prepared and executes only what you approve with one tap. Fast for you, safe for the business.

Captain

Full autonomy within your limits: he detects, decides, executes, verifies and reports afterwards. You just read the reports.

You decide when to move up a mode, once his reports prove he understands your business. And you can dial it back down whenever you want: autonomy is a dial, not a contract.

How it looks

A Shadow Mode report

Shadow report — Sample
  • What I saw: on Tuesdays the schedule sits half empty and nobody offers the gaps. It's been the pattern for the last 3 weeks.
  • What I would do: offer those gaps to the waitlist on Monday afternoon. Estimate: 2 to 3 extra appointments per Tuesday.
  • What I didn't touch: nothing. This is a proposal: when you're ready, move to Assisted and I'll execute it with your tap.

Calm down. It's already in motion.

Save your spot on the waitlist and see Bossty's first report with your business's data today — in Shadow Mode, as it should be.
